Job Summary:


Rural Sales Manager - Channel PUDO Team is a critical role at DTDC Express Ltd., responsible for expanding our PUDO service offerings in rural areas.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development: Develop partnerships with fintech companies and payment banks to enhance PUDO services.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate rural markets and achieve revenue targets.
  • Channel Management: Manage and expand our network of PUDO partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses, fintech companies, and community stakeholders to promote PUDO services.
  • Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to PUDO partners to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to integrate fintech solutions into our service model.
  • Feedback Mechanism: Collect feedback from partners and customers to continually improve service offerings.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in logistics, fintech, or rural markets.
  • Strong understanding of rural market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
