About the Role

The Senior Sales Leader will be responsible for leading a team of sales officers in rural banking, focusing on Nano Business loans.

The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of micro/small unsecured business loans and affordable housing or small ticket LAP.

The role requires effective leadership skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across functions and coach/mentor others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales targets for secured and unsecured loan products
  • Training the team on loan products and other banking services for cross-sale opportunities
  • Tracking and improving manpower productivity
  • Ensuring collection efficiency and managing early delinquencies
  • Conducting customer assessments and visits to source quality loans

Qualifications

Optimal qualifications for success on the job include:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation
  • Maximum Age: 32 Years
  • Experience: 3-7 Years of experience in sales in Bank or NBFC for Nano/Micro Business Loans/ Small ticket LAP/ Self-employed PL/ AHL
