Area Sales Manager for Education Loans

Role/Job Title: Area Sales Manager for Education Loans
Function/ Department: Education Loan
Job Purpose:
The role entails generating education loan business through various channels, including administering and training a team of DSTs to expand education loan business in that locality/branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met with acquisition in NTB (New to Bank) and ETB (Existing to Bank) customers.
- Pitch existing liability customers for home loans.
- Ensure month-on-month growth in EOP (Execution only platform) Assets for Gold loan business/branch.
- Maintain a minimum of 1% fee income from total disbursals.
- Perform regular customer follow-ups for timely renewal of cases to ensure minimum pending cases.
- Coordinate with valuers as needed.
- Align most customers to pay valuation charges as per product norms.
- Maintain healthy collections with nil FEMI/FPD and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X.
- Be aware of PSL norms and tag customers accordingly.
- Assist the branch liability team in audits and ensure proper communication with customers before any packet opening.
- Conduct marketing activities in the local market to generate NTB gold loan customers.
- Be willing to work extensively in the field and travel across the region on short notice.
- Perform ad-hoc activities as required by the department.
Qualifications:
Graduation: Any graduate.
Experience:
5-10 years' experience in education loan sales.
