
Strategic Partnership Development Lead

**Job Overview:**
The Partnership & Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with top Consumer Electronics companies and National & Regional Electronics retailers.
- Lead Generation & Partnerships: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, sign new partnerships and accounts.
- Account Management & Relationship Building: Cultivate, build, and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new partners.
- Negotiation & Agreement: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, terms, and contracts.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships against predefined KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
**Key Qualifications & Skills:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing).
- 8+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in partnership management and/or business development.
- Strong network of existing relationships within the Consumer Electronics industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- In-depth understanding of FMCD market dynamics, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, deep network of existing relationships, and a proven ability to build and nurture long-term partnerships.
