Job Title: Strategic Partnership Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives
- Manage key partner accounts to ensure timely delivery of commitments
- Drive satisfaction and retention strategies to increase partnership value
- Collaborate internally to ensure alignment with partner expectations
- Track performance metrics and share regular updates with stakeholders
- Resolve partner issues through effective communication and coordination
- Promote cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client handling and account management
- Background in corporate sales and solution selling is mandatory
- Strong customer success and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent communication, proposal creation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to track, analyze, and report performance metrics
- Background in CSR or consulting is preferred
