
Strategic Partnership Development Director

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Location - Noida
Work mode - Hybrid
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with enterprise software companies in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and work collaboratively to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Provide training, certification, and performance management support to ensure partner success.
- Align with internal teams to execute the global partnership strategy.
- Maintain market awareness and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 12–15 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic partnerships; retail tech experience preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication, project management, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
- Will travel internationally (40–50%) and be fluent in English (other languages a plus).
