Sales Development Manager in US Logistics

Arrow 3PL is seeking a talented Sales Development Manager to join our team in the thriving North American logistics market. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $25,000 to $30,000 per month, plus uncapped incentives based on performance.
This role demands strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and enthusiastic freshers who are eager to start their career in US logistics. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, possess proficiency in English, and be comfortable working in the Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM).
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Acquisition: Engage in outbound sales calls to build and expand a portfolio of customers for freight services.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitors to provide valuable insights and identify potential opportunities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers to secure the best deals for both parties.
- Documentation: Handle and manage the necessary paperwork and documentation associated with freight transactions.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the transportation process to ensure smooth operations.
