Job Description:\

The Regional Operations Manager plays a vital role in optimizing operational efficiency and harmonizing business processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement standardized processes across the region to create high-performance agency networks.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to review target operating models that enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Operational Objectives:

  • Develop and implement high-performance mindsets within regional agencies.
  • Monitor and coach agency managers to improve performance across the region.
  • Drive initiatives that encourage best practices sharing, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement within agency networks.

Project Management:

  • Lead regional improvement projects focusing on operational waste reduction, simplification, and efficiency gains.
  • Conduct regular assessments to uncover opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and simplification across various functions.

Agency Deployments:

  • Deploy Target Operating Models in regions, minimizing exceptions and managing expectations.
  • Deploy new tools and new processes within the region, monitoring implementation and project adoption before handover to business units.

Requirements:

To be successful, this role requires conceptual thinking, strategic vision, advanced problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A naturally collaborative management style incorporating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
