Job Title: Project Operations Lead

Job Description

As a Project Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of operations leads and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with design and production teams to keep them in alignment with committed timelines. You will manage internal stakeholders such as finance, vendor teams, and installer teams to ensure they receive the necessary support to meet customer- promised timelines and quality standards.

You will own the customer experience from project booking to handover, acting as the highest point of escalation for your region. You will resolve customer issues within committed ETAs and complete projects on a good note.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools are preferred.
  • 7 to 12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills, with direct team reporting in past roles required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability are necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is required.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
