Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive business success through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role:

  • You will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • You will conduct thorough business analysis to identify requirements, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.
  • You will coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • You will manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and ensuring that expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  2. Conduct thorough business analysis to identify requirements, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.
  3. Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  4. Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and ensuring that expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports.
  6. Familiarize yourself with project costs and assist in effort estimation to support project budgeting and resource allocation.
  7. Utilize JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability within the team.
  8. Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  9. Support the PM Head in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in documentation techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with project cost estimation and budgeting processes.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
