Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced landscape design professional to lead and manage our projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life for occupants and meet project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead landscape design projects from concept to completion for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Guide the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals.
  • Organize and direct junior team members in the design of assigned projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in landscape drawing production techniques and BoM's.
  • Monitor project timeliness and budget.
  • Track percentage completion of projects based on delivery and batches.
  • Identify instances of design flaws or failures during or after project completion.
  • Implement innovative technologies and sustainable practices in design.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in landscape architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design or architecture.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
