Job Summary

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive landscape designs that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape architecture into building design.
  • Conduct site analyses, feasibility studies, and soil investigations to inform design decisions.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and reports for internal approvals and client meetings.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in landscape architecture, preferably in consultancy and real estate development projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape architectural design principles, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, and planting design.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working on high-rise residential and commercial developments.
  • Knowledge of sustainable landscaping techniques and certifications (e.g., IGBC, LEED).
  • Passion for design innovation, environmental stewardship, and community-centric spaces.
