System Architect Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade ERP solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in architecting end-to-end solutions, as well as a strong understanding of business domains such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customized ERP solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of various modules, including finance, SCM, manufacturing, procurement, accounting, and HR.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, leveraging advanced features of Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Implement robust security measures and adherence to Microsoft development standards.

Accounting & Payroll Integration:

  • Implement automated workflows for accounts payable, expense claims, and fixed asset depreciation.
  • Integrate payroll services, time and attendance systems, and HR insights into the ERP landscape.
  • Support automation in HR operations through advanced use of Power Platform and Dynamics modules.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, AX 2012, and deployment practices.
  • Expertise in X++, Data Entities, SSRS, OData, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and automated deployment.
  • Familiar with integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, and .NET-based middleware.
  • Experience with Power Platform and extending ERP functionality via Power Apps.
  • Strong business process understanding across finance, accounting, supply chain, HR, and payroll.
  • Effective communicator and leader, capable of driving architecture reviews and stakeholder presentations.
