Regional HR Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition:
    • Foster relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
    • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Ensure seamless execution of the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
  • Employee Development and Growth:
    • Establish effective Learning and Development (L&D) programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and online courses.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and suggest improvements.
  • Performance Management and Excellence:
    • Train the regional team on Performance Management System policies and procedures.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on PMS policies and procedures.
    • Ensure timely completion of PMS processes for the regional team.
  • Employee Engagement and Support:
    • Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
    • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost satisfaction and retention.
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office.
    • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of office facilities.
    • Manage procurement and inventory of pantry supplies, office supplies, and other essentials.
    • Ensure effective communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
