Job Title: Human Resources Operations Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years of expertise in human resources operations, process optimization, and employee services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversaw end-to-end human resource service delivery processes including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Ensured compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.
  • Managed and optimized human resource service platforms Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Led continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Analyzed service metrics and prepared reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborated with HR business partners, COEs, and leadership to align HR service delivery with organizational goals.
  • Provided training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance.
  • Handled escalations and complex HR service cases with professionalism and resolution focus.
  • Supported global/regional human resource service delivery models, shared service centers, or COE frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in human resources operations, process optimization, and employee services.
  • Expertise in labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.
  • Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing human resource service platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prepare reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work with HR business partners, COEs, and leadership.
  • Ability to provide training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance.
