Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Strategist to play a key role in shaping our company's human resources strategy and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, and statutory compliance.
  • Design onboarding, induction, training, and performance management processes.
  • Support day-to-day administration activities to ensure seamless office operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in small/mid-size business conglomerates or engineering/service industries. Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to HR software/automation tools are must-haves. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with fluency in English is essential for this role.
