Job Title: Human Resource Manager

The Key To Success Lies In Talent Management And Compliance.

Overview:

This is a role that oversees the management of staff, ensuring they are skilled and knowledgeable to meet business objectives. The right candidate will be able to interpret laws, manage payroll, handle employee welfare, and settle outstanding claims. They should also possess excellent communication skills and an ability to drive processes forward independently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Statutory Compliance, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.
  • Oversee Payroll Management and MIS Reports.
  • Handle Employee Welfare, Insurance, and Full and Final Settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with Cess Assessment and Labor Laws.
  • Procure CLRA and BOCW Licenses and stay updated on amendments.
  • Clear Labour Notices under Statutory bodies and conduct internal statutory audits at project sites.
