**Job Title:** Regional Business Director
We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our regional business operations. As a Regional Business Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing critical performance metrics.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business Leadership: Own the revenue of a region, manage business growth, and optimize performance metrics.
- Critical Initiatives: Take complete ownership of business-critical initiatives, including product launches, process improvements, and category expansion.
You will contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis. You will have a strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience to maximize business results.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent; MBA is an added advantage.
- Typically 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out business, operating role managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively.
- Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Leadership Skills:
- Hire, retain, motivate, and look after a diverse team of BMs, TAMs, IDs, LPs etc.
- Track strong and weak performance and course correct.
- Reward appropriately.
Customer Focus:
- Appreciate the nature of customer problems and be a trustworthy, knowledgeable partner.
Livspace Leader:
- Be the Livspace leader in the representative region.
