Job Title: Cluster Manager

A dynamic individual is required to manage and expand our regional presence.

  • Key responsibilities include managing region rollout and partner onboarding.
  • Maintaining monthly sales plans with partners and leading funnels.
  • Managing soft and hard collections.
  • Ensuring alignment of the region with pan-India retail vehicle finance operations.
  • Fluency in local languages and handling local teams and bulk clients.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail loan sales and collections for a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage with markets.
  • Vehicle finance experience, especially new or used commercial vehicles.
