Senior ABM candidate can also apply for this role.
Work Experience
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals: Generally 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales or marketing.
- Equal number of people handling Experience or aspiring ABM with good conversion records preferred
- Previous Managerial Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving sales in a regional capacity.

- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to regional markets.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
