Role Overview
As a skilled client engagement professional, you will be responsible for managing inbound client inquiries, understanding their requirements, and positioning our services effectively to drive long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
- Understand client needs, communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them, qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs, maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools, build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement, partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales, preferably in research, consulting, or professional services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, consultative and solutions-oriented mindset, ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively, familiarity with CRM software, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar, and MS Office tools, self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
