
Director of Client Engagement

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales, with experience engaging CXOs and understanding SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities include driving business growth through retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
- Analytical and results-driven, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms is a plus.
We're looking for someone who can work effectively in a hybrid environment, prioritizing on-site presence for team collaboration and client engagement.
Additional requirements include:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Proven track record of engaging C-level executives (CXOs) to drive business growth.
- Deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM platforms are desired.
