Job Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Community Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online presence, optimizing social media posts, and interacting with the audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (text, image, video, stories).
  • Promote brand awareness by developing creative and trendy social media strategies/ideas for clients.
  • Collaborate with audio, video, design, and post-production teams to brief, review, and approve assets.
  • Provide detailed instructions to our design and audio team on adapting content to suit different social media channels.
  • Work closely with Partner Success Managers (Account Managers) and Creative & Strategy Director to formulate agency briefs and strategies in response to client requests.
  • Foster and maintain a strong, positive presence in clients' online communities.
  • Analyze sentiment, gather feedback, and report on trends.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) and provide regular performance reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email or video calls.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, confident in making strategic decisions, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong copywriting skills are essential), have an excellent eye for design and attention to detail, be self-motivated, organized, accountable, and able to communicate effectively under tight timelines.
