Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Communications Officer to lead our communications function in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with global objectives to reinforce our brand presence and positioning in the Indian market.
  • Manage all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships as a trusted spokesperson.
  • Position us as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards positioning campaigns.
  • Lead employer branding and employee engagement initiatives at scale.
  • Drive content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms.
  • Partner with leadership as a strategic advisor on communication strategy and execution.
  • Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer Branding.
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
