Job Title: Chief Creative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic positioning and target audience analysis.

  • Develop creative concepts and visually communicate ideas through sketches, storyboards, and roughs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion within deadlines.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by following production, productivity, and quality guidelines.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop art layouts and provide direction to staff.
  • Select and secure illustrative material.
  • Presents completed ideas to team members and stakeholders.
  • Trains, assigns, schedules, and coaches employees.
  • Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good work ethics and calm attitude.
  • Proven working experience as an Art Director.
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design software.
  • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
