
Global Business Development Specialist

Nurturing relationships with clients and partners worldwide is a vital part of this role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working across different time zones and cultures, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills. They will also be proficient in using CRM tools and scheduling platforms, with experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a comprehensive global client and partner database with updated contacts and engagement history.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and industry visits for leadership during international trips.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support leadership in client-facing interactions, providing exceptional service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Track and monitor client communications, follow-ups, and next steps, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
- 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools, and scheduling platforms (Calendly, Outlook, Google Suite).
