We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Client Engagement Manager.

This is a key position within our organization that requires strong strategic consulting skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, managing global projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice to clients, leveraging insights and data-driven solutions to inform business decisions.
  • Supporting Business Relationship Managers in creating tailored strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Overseeing global projects across multiple therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and stakeholder identification.
  • Managing local HCP targeting projects, analyzing referral and prescription patterns.
  • Contributing to pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including SOW preparation and presentation.
  • Creating project materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training content.
  • Coordinating project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  • Collaborating with client teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, and Field Teams (TLLs & MSLs), to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel), project management tools, word processing software (e.g., Word), email software (e.g., Outlook), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
