Job Overview:
The Center Manager is a dynamic and customer-focused individual responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to achieve business objectives, including registrations, expense management, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute Below The Line (BTL) activities to generate leads and increase footfall.
- Organize seminars, provide training, and support to the team.
- Plan shift timings, manage team performance, and coordinate floor operations.
- Implement innovative strategies, handle customer complaints, and review lead follow-ups.
- Ensure timely reporting, MIS, and accounts management.
