Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lead Business Development & Strategy professional. The role involves developing and executing business strategies, generating leads, conducting market research, and enhancing customer service. The Lead Business Development & Strategy professional will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, facilitating communication with clients, and working closely with the design and sales teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to understand market trends
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Customer Service skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Proactive and driven, with the capacity to work autonomously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the interior design or luxury goods industry is a plus
  • Digital/Social Media Marketing
