We're looking for a high-performing
Business Development Lead

who can lead our client acquisition efforts, expand business channels, and close B2B/B2C deals in the
construction and real estate industry

. The role demands a strategic thinker with on-ground hustle, strong stakeholder engagement, and fluency in Kannada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, in-person meetings, and referrals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
  • Create and execute growth strategies tailored to specific geographies and service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate/construction market, trends, and competitors.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, expos, and local networking forums.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales in the
    construction or real estate

sector (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in
Kannada

– essential for daily client and field interactions.
- Proven ability to close B2B and B2C deals.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and building client trust.
- Ability to think strategically and create go-to-market plans for new projects.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
