About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our growing team. The BDE will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong research ability, and a proactive approach to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Reach out through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Qualify leads based on specific business needs and criteria.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to align on outreach strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed lead generation and performance targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred; prior experience in lead generation, sales, or telesales is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls and emails).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic sales workflows.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable.
- Strong analytical and prospecting abilities.
