About the Role
Redwood Algorithms is seeking a dynamic, communication-strong Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing digital marketing team. If you are proactive, love interacting with clients, and have excellent communication skills, this role is for you.
Candidates with an MBA or prior exposure in hospitality, hotel management, or airline sales are especially encouraged to apply, as these industries bring a strong customer service and sales edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, CRM, and calls.
- Build strong client relationships with clear communication.
- Prepare impactful presentations and proposals using MS Office & AI-based tools.
- Use CRM platforms (Zoho CRM) to manage leads and maintain records.
- Stay updated on the latest AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, ) to improve efficiency.
- Work with marketing & sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Consistently deliver on assigned sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation for process improvement.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA / Postgraduate preferred (any specialization, with advantage in Sales/Marketing).
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel management, or airlines sales/service or a Business Development internship (6-12 months) is a plus.
- Skilled in making professional presentations (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
