Role Overview
We are seeking a
Sales Lead / Business Development Lead
to drive client acquisition and strategic growth for our ServiceNow services. This is a mid-level role, ideal for someone who has experience in enterprise IT services sales and wants to accelerate their career in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ServiceNow consulting & implementation services.
- Build strong client relationships with enterprise accounts across India and global markets.
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Partner with delivery teams to support pre-sales, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in
IT services / SaaS / enterprise software sales
. - Strong track record in
business development and quota achievement
. - Understanding of ServiceNow or related enterprise IT platforms (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and adaptable to a startup / boutique culture.
