Drive pipeline growth as a Growth Specialist
Job OverviewAs a key player in driving pipeline growth, you will identify and qualify potential global clients in the semiconductor ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients in semiconductor and IP services sectors.
- Build lead pipelines using platforms like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoom Info, and CRM tools.
- Execute outbound campaigns via email and messaging to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM systems.
- Track key lead generation metrics (e.g., MQL, SQL conversions).
- Support strategic research, competitor analysis, and client profiling.
- Pursue an MBA from a reputable institution with a background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Gain 1-5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (B2B tech preferred).
- Develop a basic understanding of semiconductor terminology (ASIC, SoC, RTL, IP, etc.).
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Be highly motivated, research-driven, and detail-oriented.
