
Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service in a customer-facing role.
A key responsibility of this role is to understand the needs and requirements of our customers, and offer them products and services that meet their needs.
This involves identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue, as well as maintaining accurate customer data and activity records using our CRM system.
An additional requirement of this role is to manage customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
