Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves supporting students and parents through various communication channels to ensure a seamless and engaging experience. You will work closely with the support team to resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring swift execution of customer requests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess empathy and a solution-oriented approach to addressing customer concerns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students and parents through chat, call, and email communications to address concerns and refund requests.
  • Mentoring students to ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated timeframes.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels (chat, email, calls) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
