
Customer Experience Specialist

About This Role:
This is a Customer Service position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing end-to-end support to maintain long-term relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone or email.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve service-related concerns.
- Support setup and documentation for new clients.
- Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on services offered.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Gather feedback and share insights to enhance customer experience.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or related field).
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
