About This Role:

This is a Customer Service position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing end-to-end support to maintain long-term relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone or email.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve service-related concerns.
  • Support setup and documentation for new clients.
  • Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on services offered.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Gather feedback and share insights to enhance customer experience.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or related field).
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
