Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our partnership and collaboration efforts in sustainable marketing. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive net-zero advertising.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, approaching, and onboarding new partners across the marketing and sustainability ecosystems.
  • Able to manage and nurture existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and alignment.
  • Support co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, ESG) to deliver partner-driven solutions.
  • Track partnership performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, MarTech, and climate innovation.
About You
  • You'll be relationship-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
