Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where every day is unique. This role involves managing various marketing aspects: influencer outreach, PR campaigns, email promotions, events, and growth tracking.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies: research, outreach, seeding, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support launch initiatives: digital, offline, and partnerships.
  • Design, schedule, and track email/WhatsApp promotional campaigns.
  • Assist with public relations activities: media list creation, PR drops, coverage monitoring.
  • Collaborate on brand partnerships (e.g., lifestyle clubs, cafes, gyms).
  • Produce basic campaign reports and performance dashboards.
  • Work closely with the founder on new campaign ideas.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing (internships count).
  • Exceptional organizational skills: you excel at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver: you adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities (some days social media, some days events, some days analysis).
  • Passionate about beauty and pop culture: you stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Able to thrive in a startup environment: fast-paced, agile, no two days the same.
