
Ecosystem Partnerships Strategist

The organization is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to develop a comprehensive partnerships strategy for the Indian education market, focusing on the K-12 segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a partnerships strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, engage, and onboard key partners that meet business requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
- Track, monitor, and report on partner performance and market insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8–10 yrs relevant in education/tech).
- Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing partnerships strategies that drive business growth. The role requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Indian education market.
