Job Title: Ecosystem Development Specialist - Education Sector

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead partner ecosystem development for the Education sector in India, with a focus on the K-12 segment.

This high-visibility role is critical in driving the acquisition engine and engagement of our products in the education market. It requires the ability to independently evaluate potential partners and channels from a product-fit perspective to ensure effective delivery of penetration and engagement for relevant products from our portfolio.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with:

  • Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
  • Educational Publishers
  • ICT Solution Providers
  • Affordable Private School (APS) Chains
  • Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
  • Education Labs Suppliers
  • Hardware Suppliers
  • Other education solution providers for schools

The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our footprint in the Indian education sector, drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote our education offerings, monitor partner performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role also involves representing us at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand visibility and thought leadership, providing regular reporting and insights on partnership performance and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our footprint in the Indian education sector.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners across ISVs, publishers, ICT players, APS chains, NGOs, labs, hardware suppliers, and other education-focused organizations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote our education offerings.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Represent us at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership performance and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the education sector and with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, APS, ICT players, Labs, and Hardware Suppliers is essential.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
