Candidate Profile:
  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role is required.
  • The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, along with a robust network of senior-level contacts across various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translating industry trends into actionable initiatives, is essential.
  • Frequent travel within the region to meet clients and engage them for campus placement is a must.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and developments.
