We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Director to lead our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our operations. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and a passion for delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication
Develop and manage budgets to achieve quality objectives while minimizing costs
Lead training programs to educate employees on quality procedures and promote a culture of quality awareness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Proven track record of driving quality improvements and reducing deviations
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GMP and cGMP
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
