Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring that our ERP systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
About the RoleAs a Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a key part in developing comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on detailed business and technical requirements. You will lead testing efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices to deliver robust software solutions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing for complex ERP modules.
- Utilize automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential issues early.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong leadership and team management skills, and exceptional communication skills. You must also have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software testing, preferably within ERP systems.
- Proven track record of leading QA teams and managing complex testing projects.
