Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to drive quality across our software products. This role involves designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and automation frameworks to ensure the highest level of product quality.
  • Automation Framework Design: Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing to identify defects early in the development cycle.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct regression, exploratory, and usability testing to ensure that our software products meet the required standards.
  • Integration and Deployment: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to streamline the deployment process.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla, collaborating with developers for resolution.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance testing frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
