Lead Cybersecurity Strategist Opportunity

A strategic leadership position is available for a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our India business growth in digital transformation and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing full profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibility, driving revenue growth through new clients, strategic accounts, and partnerships, and building high-performing sales and presales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive revenue expansion through new client acquisition, strategic account development, and partnerships.
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales and presales teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Engage with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and executives in large pursuits and complex deals.
  • Oversee presales, solutioning, proposal development, and client workshops.
  • Align sales and technical teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Strengthen client relationships for long-term business impact.
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure client success.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 20 years of experience in IT services or cybersecurity consulting, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of growing a significant cybersecurity services business in India with strong P&L ownership.
  • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and enterprise account expansion.
  • Ability to engage credibly with CISOs, CIOs, and Boards on security strategy, compliance, and digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of the India cybersecurity market across BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, and other industries.
  • Deep knowledge of key cybersecurity offerings such as Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Security Operations Center (SOC), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Governance Risk Compliance (GRC), Offensive Security, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), and Security Visibility Services (SVS).
