Job Overview:

The role of Security Developer is a critical position in our organization, requiring an individual with extensive experience in cybersecurity and blockchain security. This position involves developing, implementing, and enhancing security architectures across various levels, including application, network, servers, and blockchain.

Key responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and reinforcing smart contracts and blockchain-based systems to ensure transaction integrity. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring systems 24/7, detecting advanced threats, and deploying mitigation measures in real-time.

Code audits, penetration testing, and red teaming across cloud, mobile, and blockchain environments are also crucial aspects of this role. Furthermore, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and other international standards.

Developing and maintaining advanced encryption protocols, multifactor authentication, and quantum security mechanisms are key responsibilities of this position. The candidate will implement identity and access management (IAM) policies and secure access controls.

Incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans must be created and managed by the Security Developer. Training and guiding internal teams on cybersecurity best practices are also essential tasks.

Integration of security from the initial design phase is necessary by working closely with development teams. Required skills and qualifications include experience in cybersecurity applied to fintech, digital banking, or blockchain platforms. Deep expertise in blockchain security, including defense against attacks on distributed networks, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols, is also required.

Strong background in cloud security (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and solid knowledge of modern cryptography and quantum encryption algorithms are necessary. Experience with security frameworks (OWASP, NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001) and ability to perform forensic analysis on compromised systems are also essential.

  • Experience with DevSecOps, secure CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring is highly desirable.
  • A strategic mindset, enabling the ability to identify risks before they escalate into incidents, is vital for success in this role.
