Job Description:

The role of Chief Financial Strategist is a pivotal one, requiring a highly skilled and experienced professional to shape our financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management: Manage the financial accounting of the B2C segment with precision.
  2. Reporting and Analysis: Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing, reporting financial numbers to Management, and making data-driven decisions.
  3. Statutory Audits: Plan, execute, and close Quarterly Statuary Audits on time, proactively addressing potential issues and improving controls.
  4. Disclosures and Reporting: Prepare BS disclosures periodically, ensuring correct and accurate reporting, and staying up-to-date with accounting standards and guidelines.
  5. Collaboration and Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with finance teams for seamless closing and reporting of financials, lead and supervise a team of professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
  6. Closure and Compliance: Take end-to-end responsibility for closure of Financial Statement of Parent company and Indian subsidiaries, establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations, CARO, and legislations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting guidelines and standards, CARO, and related regulations.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Effective people management and leadership skills, excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Cross-functional and Cross-cultural Appreciation: Cross-functional and cross-cultural appreciation.
  • Analytical and Problem-solving Skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to align strategies and systems to business needs, empowerment and development of personnel within the department, business and commercial acumen.
  • Educational Background: Chartered Accountant with 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.
