Job Title: Growth & Partnerships Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to drive business growth, build partnerships with schools and counselors, and support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners, setting up and attending B2B meetings to explore collaborations, and helping plan webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions.

Additionally, the candidate will engage with inbound leads (parents/students), explain services, and schedule consults, track sales pipeline and follow-ups, collaborate with the founder to improve conversion strategies, write and post job descriptions, manage the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, support onboarding of educators, counselors, and ops staff, maintain internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships), conduct market research to support new initiatives, and work closely with the founder to solve ad-hoc business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, counselors, and education partners
  • Manage sales pipeline and follow-ups, ensuring timely communication with clients
  • Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement effective conversion strategies
  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for open positions
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, hiring, and partnerships
  • Conduct market research to inform business decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
