Job Overview:
The Channel Partnerships Intern will assist in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key ad tech players, publishers, and other relevant channels.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and partnership management within the dynamic ad tech industry.
The intern will work closely with our Partnerships team to support our growth by expanding our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners and evaluate their fit within our strategic goals.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Partnership Development:
- Support the team in reaching out to potential partners, setting up meetings, and maintaining communication with existing partners.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with our objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless integration and activation of new partnerships.
- Campaign Support:
- Help manage joint marketing campaigns with partners, including coordinating activities, tracking performance, and reporting on results.
- Work with partners to develop co-branded content and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing webinars, events, and other partnership-driven initiatives.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, agreements, and communications.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on the status of partnerships and related initiatives.
- Support the Partnerships team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the ad tech industry and digital marketing.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Hands-on experience in partnership development within the ad tech industry.
- Exposure to the operations of a leading HR Tech firm and the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams.
